This is the first time this event has been held at Duxford in Cambridgeshire, UK and it appears to have been a huge success. All Air-cooled cars were parked in there own car park and divided into types, (VW, Citreon, Tetra, Porsche, Motorbikes....) which made for a great display of everything from show cars to daily drivers all parked together creating a fantastic friendly atmosphere.
The cavalcade of vehicles along the 1 mile length of hangers was also a novel idea which made for a interesting focus point, the 4x4 track also provide some light entertainment in the form of 2CV's and army vehicles being put through there passes around a muddy circuit!
This is a very chilled out meet, only the lack of traders distracted from a good all-round show. The event also included entrance to the great aeroplane display including a Concord and a B-52, a must see if your ever in this neck of the woods!
